CENTRO. Located on the marina, this popular Santander spot has excellent cuisine. The menu highlights regional favorites like steak dishes and lobster. A nice addition to the cuisine is callos, which is tripe prepared in the classic Madrid style. The ambience at Bar del Puerto is nice, and the restaurant has some magnificent views of the bay.
