El Mejor I was taken to this restuarant 51 years ago & returned this autumn,to find it as good as ever . The staff are lovely & friendly , & the food is wonderful.The setting of course is unique ,with the marvellous barrels, its a place which must be visited when you go to Santander either for lunch , or dinner , but my advice would be for both.
