EL CENTRO.   This multi-level club is a bastion of new beats in a city where many dance clubs do not venture musically far from Latin dance beats or popular music. Theme nights keep club-hoppers coming back for more to the cellar bar and crowded dance floor. This is not the best choice for a quiet night on the town, but for party-hoppers looking for a spotlight to steal, the club is an excellent alternative to see the city by the flash of a strobe light.   (© 10Best)
