PROVIDENCIA.   Providencia nightclub lures a clutch of people to dance and enjoy live music. Located in the Suecia district, the club serves up hot live music and showcases the work of traveling musicians. The bar is named for its owner – nicknamed El Negro – who has become a legend in Santiago. Come later on weekends to people-watch and hum along to a song.
