PROVIDENCIA.   This Orrego Luco restaurant is one of the few really good vegetarian spots in the city, where diners can savor an array of menu items at reasonable prices. Regulars are a mix of travelers and city residents, especially younger folks who have embraced vegetarian food. Rice, fresh fruit, cereals and delicious entrees like asparagus and mushroom pancakes appear on the appetizing menu. Couple a light meal with a mixed drink or fresh juice.
