8. Le Flaubert

Le Flaubert is a decent little french bistro well located in Providencia, Santiago, Chile. The food is quite good, slightly pricy by local standards. Definitely the garden is worth checking out in summer. The negative part is that this is a restaurant that will refuse you water. If you ask for regular, pure water, they will oblige you to go for bottled. Very strange behaviour from a restaurant that is supposed to be international. Alas, all is not perfect in South America
