EL CENTRO.   This first-rate restaurant is located in the Grand Hyatt Santiago and serves one of the better menus of Thai foods in the city. Many of the city's restaurants stick to traditional regional fare, so a visit here is a great way to savor international cuisine. The menu features meats and vegetables cooked on an open grill or fried, depending on taste.
