LAS CONDES.   Designer shops such as Polo, Versace and Valentino share space with Chilean shops including Almacenes Paris, the largest Chilean department store, here at one of the city's largest shopping centers. There are also restaurants and a large cineplex. The mall even operates special car service to and from some major hotels, and some of the stores offer special tourist discounts.
