EL CENTRO. This multi-level club is a bastion of new beats in a city where many dance clubs do not venture musically far from Latin dance beats or popular music. Theme nights keep club-hoppers coming back for more to the cellar bar and crowded dance floor. This is not the best choice for a quiet night on the town, but for party-hoppers looking for a spotlight to steal, the club is an excellent alternative to see the city by the flash of a strobe light.

This rambling gay dance club lures a mixed crowd on weekends for dancing, socializing and flashy shows that are renowned in the city. Located in a renovated theater, the nightspot offers several levels of entertainment and clubbing. Drinks are pricier than at other Santiago clubs, but the crowds and the scene make it worth the extra expense and distinguish it from other clubs. The Bunker's DJs spotlight dance and techno music from around the world. Show up late and prepare to stay well into the early morning hours.
