3. July 4th Fireworks and Festivities

The Buzz -- July 4th is a fun holiday in Savannah. You can go to City Market, where there is live music, to River Street and watch the fireworks, or go to Tybee Island and watch the fireworks over the ocean. Or go to North Beach, near the Lighthouse, and you can see the fireworks from Hilton Head and from Tybee Island. It is quite magical. Wherever you choose to go, go early to get a parking space. Admission to all areas is free.
