24. Dream Workshop-The 'I' in Your Dreams:Examining the Dreamer's Role

The Buzz -- Each night we take part in adventures, conflicts, extraordinary feats, and frustrating tasks. In dreams, each one of us, as the dreamer, takes on various roles, reactions, relationships, and emotions as the story unfolds - some surprise us, others seem ordinary. When we learn to understand the language of our dreams, we see that each dream is bringing a message to our attention. We become more aware of ourselves, our interactions, motivations, and perceptions with many benefits. We can move towards our authentic nature, less stress, a sense of peace. There are many elements to consider in understanding a dream's meaning- characters, objects, etc. You will learn ways to look at the role "you" (the dreamer) are playing in dreamtime stories. New/experienced welcome. Various techniques will be demonstrated. Bring written dream(s).
