HISTORIC DISTRICT.   With its large, divided-light windows and the Union Jack flying overhead, there's no mistaking the British flavor of this popular pub. And while it may seem something of an anomaly, it's not only a local haunt, but it was also the much-talked-about backdrop of a Julia Roberts movie.
