HISTORIC DISTRICT.   Whether you're in the market for something a little upscale or more relaxed, Mercury Lounge can make it happen. Upstairs, bands often play as patrons treat themselves to well-mixed cocktails, while downstairs is devoted more to the pursuit of pool, darts, and beer. Good bands are a mainstay, and jazz is a common theme, although other bold instrumental sounds find their place as well.
