Terrible Waste of Time and Money
Dark, Dingy Garden level dining room filled with second hand cigarette smoke from the attached bar. Service was terrible. The food was overpriced and under portioned. I am a native of Savannah and have always heard bad things...but finally tried it for myself and it lived up to its reputation. Don't waste your time and money on this dump. Seriously read other reviews....Sincerely

The only good thing I can say is that the room was very comfortable. They have forgetful staff who do not care at all to please you (the owner, in particular). We stayed two nights because we had already paid for it and it was not refundable. Breakfast was late arriving the first day and did not arrive at all the 2nd day. We called and told them we hadn't gotten breakfast, and they said they'd call the kitchen (which is directly beside them), never came, so we called them and said forget it - it was time to leave. We checked out and never even got an apology. They forgot to give us soap and towels. We had to wait an hour for them to be brought to us after we called for them. Both days we requested a wake up call - neither days did we get one. Just horrible. The room was beautiful, but I will NEVER go there again.

I have had lunch and dinner at this restaurant. Both were impressive. The place has an old world charm and very attentive service. The lunch includes a country buffet. My friend had this and enjoyed the variety. The steak I had for dinner was great. The prices were not much different than other nice restaurants in the area.
