6. Kevin Barry's Irish Pub

Hands down, one of the best bars in Savannah!!!! Not a clubby place, but a great place to grab a pint, get some great food, and just relax and soak up the Irish atmosphere.

I went there St. Patrick's Day. It was packed, but the Shepherd's Pie was still the BEST I have ever had. The Irish entertainment was fabulous. NON-STOP. Guys named Harry, Frank and Carol. They took turns on the 1st and 2nd floor. THERE WAS NEVER A BREAK. This was truly a NON-STOP party. The staff seemed to enjoy themselves as much as we did. I love Irish History, so I really appreciated the pictures of the Irish martrys, especially Kevin Barry in Liberty Hall. Their placemat is a great souvenir with pictures of famous Irish Poets.
