HISTORIC DISTRICT.   One of Savannah's best fine dining restaurants, Sapphire Grill features superb cuisine enlivened with local ingredients, not to mention an extensive wine list. Located in a venerable building with an exterior of Savannah grey brick and an interior of stainless steel and glass, it's a city mainstay. Enjoy a glass of wine at the bar, or have an intimate dinner upstairs, enjoying a veal strip loin, rack of lamb, seared tuna mignon, or Niman Ranch pork osso bucco.
