HISTORIC DISTRICT.   A former department store building now hosts the city's finest Italian restaurant. In fact, it's one of the top ten Italian restaurants in the US, according to "USA Today." Delectable pasta dishes will have you agonizing over what to choose, and main courses include grilled gorgonzola-encrusted filet mignon, pan-seared monkfish, braised osso buco, and a grilled veal chop. The wine bar opens at 4pm, and a late-night weekend menu is served from 10:30pm-2am. Be sure to see the International Oasis Art Gallery upstairs and to take advantage of live jazz on Friday and Saturday nights.   (© 10Best)

High-end Italian specialties, the best wine list in town, and all the beautiful people congregating here make it a don't-miss spot. (from Southern Living)

Fine Italian in Savannah
Great winelist and good variety of fine Italian food on the menu. Waiter was very knowledgeable about Italian wines. Service was prompt and food was top-notch. If you like good Italian food (not a pizza and spaghetti joint), especially Italian seafood paired with the right wine, you'll really like this place.

Wonderful Experience
I dined here on April 24, 2009. It was a delightful experience. I had the ravioli special of the evening. The servers were attentive. Dining was well-paced, certainly didn't feel like cattle. The food was exquisite. This was my first visit to Savannah. I will tell anyone whoe is planning a trip to Savannah that this establishment is not to be missed!

Went on V-day and was beyond unsatisfied. In fact, I'm really not sure why we didn't just get up and leave. The fixed menu was really just steaks, which my boyfriend doesn't even like. Nothing was under $45 and I couln't even subsitute mashed potates for boiled! I felt like cattle, the goal was to get as many people in and out as possible. The food was mediocre and the service was terrible, and it included a 20% gratuity for 2! We don't mind spending $200 for a meal, but I do expect great service for that cost. TERRIBLE!!!!
