3. River House Seafood

This place has great shrimp and grits. The steak was okay. It was on the dry side (medium well). The scallops were just okay. Not seasoned very well. The low country boil that my husband got was good. Caesar salad was good. Nice taste, but a little too much dressing. Next time I would add my own dressing. The sour creme cake was good. I will try some other restaurants in Savannah. The service was okay.

Great food and a great atmosphere

YOU MUST EAT HERE! We had lobster bisque (awesome!), filet mingon, mashed potatos and grouper. It was some of the best food we have ever eaten. The steak melted in my mouth, even the salads and bread were exceptional. Service was excellent and the ambience was veyr nice and relaxing. So convient location, right on River Street.
