Filet mignon, veal Oscar, and prime rib make delicious appearances, but Southern-style numbers really raise eyebrows. Succulent barbecued ribs and crispy fried chicken are among the headliners, and the kitchen even sees fit to toss in fresh seafood dishes, like the legendary crabmeat au gratin.
