20. TPC at Scottsdale – Stadium

Best golf experience I ever had.

Greatest experience. Lots of great golf.

I played with my father during SunAmerica's annual conference. The atmosphere and the treatment from the staff made us feel like we were PGA Tour players. We had a blast.

My company spent over $50,000 staying At the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess and playing Golf At the TPC and the Grayhawk Course. Grayhawk went beyond the call of duty, even though Rain was terrible the last three holes. The Rain that hit all night on February 13th and early the 14th, 2003, made our group not want to play on a Rained out course. The TPC Stadium course still charged us $5,000 for our canceling due to rain and the projected continued Thunderstorms. For the amount of money we spent in 4 days here and playing the TPC 2 times ( Both Courses) and inviting a group to play a third time, Management of the TPC was short sighted in the influence of our company to other planning trips and the # of Golf Outings we do. It's unfortunate that a course with such a great reputation really failed in there strive to make money. I will relay to my management on how this situation would have been handled by us and to avoid this course in the future.

Everything was great. Your outside service attendants were the best we ever encountered, especially one gentleman by the name of Lane Goodwin. He is the standard by which I now judge all others. His willingness to go the extra mile and compassion made our experience the best we have ever had. I strongly recommend this facility.
