11. Scottsdale Arts Festival

The Buzz -- Established in 1971, this juried show has been recognized as one of the best in the region. It attracts more than 185 artists who exhibit their works to the public. Live bands perform, artisans demonstrate their crafts, and activities for children are provided. Area restaurants sell food to fair-goers, and there's free parking and shuttle service, too. A great location at the Scottsdale Civic Center Mall offers fountains and lawns for lounging. A terrific event for the entire family.
