This establishment features Continental cuisine prepared in Old World style and includes one of the finest Sunday brunches in the area. SCOTTSDALE. Thanks to its terrific food, Razz's is a Phoenix favorite. First-timers should also expect excellent service, sophisticated surroundings, and upbeat atmosphere, not to mention those innovative dishes skillfully created by famed Chef Erasmo "Razz" Kamnitzer.
