NORTH SCOTTSDALE.   If you're trying to guess the secret to the unbelievable bagels at this affordable Scottsdale bistro, it's all in the water. Learning that this was the trick to replicating the taste of Brooklyn bagels, the New York native owners brought East Coast water to Arizona. Since then, the bagels have brought locals and tourists flooding in for their delicious, cheap eats in Scottsdale. We are relatively new to Scottsdale - hear a lot about Kashman's, and many people recommend. Three visits later, we are totally disappointed with the long lines, total confusion and disorganization, and not getting our order - only 1/2 of it. Wouldn't recommend.
