 EDITOR REVIEW: SCOTTSDALE. This pleasant hotel restaurant offers spectacular views of the surrounding McDowell Mountains from indoor and open-air dining areas, not to mention superb service and casual, relaxed atmosphere. Pan-seared maple-glazed salmon and a roasted rib-eye with grilled asparagus are two dinner favorites, as are wood-fired roasted chicken and smoked baby back pork ribs. Sunday brunch is a tempting highlight as well.
