4. Mastro's City Hall Steakhouse

Mastro's is overrated!
I met several friends for dinner at Mastro's on a week night. The place was packed and so loud that we were unable to have a decent conversation. We spent the entire 2 hour meal screaming at one another and asking to have things repeated. The food was adequate but nothing special. Those in our party who ordered steaks said they were great, but the seafood (a second specialty) was undercooked and boring. We all enjoyed the sauteed spinach and the Wasabi mashed potatoes. Service was slow. I had to wave someone down and ask 3 times for more water. For the price, I would say go somewhere else!

I don't know where to start the raving! Best restaurant EVER would suffice. Live music with the fun vibe of a wedding reception. GREAT professional and classy servers (I have had them sing songs even rap for me on request which is probably not the norm but was a riot). The food is beyond delicious - I always leave absolutely stuffed but it is worth every little calorie!
