The Puppet Show |
The Buzz -- Forget everything you've come to expect from puppets – Pinocchio and Elmo these guys are not. Sculpture, video, photography, and other media center around unique puppets created by 29 different artists from different generations. The subject matter of these pieces ranges from the obvious (control) to the more obscure (politics). While puppets might not be the first things that come to mind when you think of art, they do have a unique ability to capture human thought and life in a way that a painting simply cannot. |
