 EDITOR REVIEW: BELLTOWN. This swanky nightspot is located under and owned by El Gaucho restaurant. The Pampas Room sports a live house band that draws a dance crowd with its jazz, swing, and Latin sounds. Although the place is not for everybody, Pampas makes a great stop if you want to dress to the nines and hang out with other people who appreciate the allure of 50s-style supper club. Feign a little attitude, sip on a cocktail, and get ready for the next set. The band plays late. Popular for private parties Sunday -Thursday too.
