63. SUSHI FACTORY

Sushi Factory's chef was the former owner/chef of Wild Fish Sushi in bell-town on Broad Street. Now relocated in a new location in Everett, Sushi Factory's cuisine is still just as delicious as when it was in Seattle. Their sushi rolls are very decadent and elaborate with homemade special sauces to complement each fusion. Their hot plates: teriyaki, udon, yakisoba, etc. are just as scrumptious and fresh. The location is less than convenient as it is way up north of Seattle. But the food is STILL GREAT for all you North Seattlites!
