We have going to Chanterelles for about 15 years. Over the years it has gone downhill. The food is rarely hot by the time it hits your table and they charge for every little change to your menu. The fruit is routinely not fresh. We have stopped going.

Chanterelle defies definition. It's upscale without being pricy. Old fashioned charm crossed with urban sophistication. How many restaurants do a really good job of breakfast, lunch and dinner? Chanterelle does, consistently.
