DOWNTOWN.   This hip cafe is the brainchild of celebrated restaurateur Drew Nieporent, who is also behind Nobu London and San Juan Capistrano's celebrated Coach House. Stylish, cosmopolitan Earth & Ocean sets itself apart from other downtown hotel eateries. While the well-heeled set makes no secret of its admiration of the kitchen's innovative main course creations, desserts like Pie á la Mode and Sub Zero Moments (a trio of seasonal sorbets) earn particular esteem.
