DOWNTOWN.   At the upscale Gelatiamo ice cream parlor, located downtown, patrons can enjoy Old Country pastries along with potent espressos, cappuccinos, and lattes. Stop in around noon, and you'll be able to savor a hot panini prior to your favorite sugar-dusted treat. Of course, the wise choice is always a few scoops of their gelato, a dense Italian-style ice cream that's nothing short of addictive. Best Gelato in Seattle
There are a few different gelato shops in Seattle. However, none of them compare to what Gelatiamo produces! See for yourself! I just had their seasonal pumpkin pie, it was to die for! They have great pastries too.

Overpriced, Not Too Good
If you're looking for Italian-style gelato look elsewhere. Unfortunately this is not the place to find it. It's also very expensive, and you don't get nearly as much for your money as you would at a gelateria in Rome.

I've been eating at Gelatiamo since it first opened and Maria and her team continue to produce the best gelato in Seattle along with some outstanding pastries that are as if I was back in Italy. I've been to Italy numerous times and find myself disappointed with the gelato there vs. the exquisite version made at Gelatiamo. Thank God we have a store like this in Seattle!
