10. Rover's

Rover's is a Seattle institution. It has been around for 20+ years and it is still the place to go for tasting menus, superb wine, and northwest cuisine. It is in the beautiful neighborhood of Madison Valley, and tuck away in a courtyard. Perfect for a special occasion, or for anyone who loves food, wine and a great atmosphere. I highly recommend Rover's!
