This is a great little gem of place in the Eastlake neighborhood. I've frequented it many times and it has definitely become one of my favorite places to eat. From the ambience to the quality and taste of the food, to the romantic outdoor patio in the back - this is a must visit!

bad service
On our last visit we had a waitress that was one notch down from openly hostile. Dinner was very late. Sauce was "dead" probably because dish sat so long before being served. I've heard other men complain of the same bad treatment. We won't be going there again.

Last week, my family and I chose Serafina for a birthday celebration. All of us are have eaten and cooked Italian cuisine for years. We have dined Italian frequently in numerous U.S. cities and around the world. This restaurant was a disappointment. They don’t even comprehend the basics. For example, pasta al dente equates to undercooked. What a waste of a great venue.

Not much bang for your buck - decor was nice, food not so much..

Serafina is a romantic, dramatic, and it has a touch of vintage-chic that will transport you… to your favorite corner of Italy…Best choice if you are looking to appear worldly and stylish with your date.
