WEST METRO.   This seafood shack, known for its pub-style fish and chips and its scrumptious fish kebabs, offers a casual, unpretentious setting. Great prices and relatively sparse traffic give the place added interest, especially for locals trying to escape more touristy places closer to town. Friendly, speedy service and decent prices add to the overall appeal. For a real treat, get your order to go, and then head across to the beach for a seaside picnic.   (© 10Best)

Sunfish serves up delicate, paper-wrapped cod, halibut, wild salmon, and shellfish. Nearly everything is less than $10 and comes with homemade tartar sauce and garlic malt vinegar. (from Sunset)
