DOWNTOWN & BELLTOWN.   A Seattle stalwart since the mid-'50s, Vito's is known for terrific Italian fare and for being one of First Hill's better happy hour spots. The dark, loungey speakeasy attracts a mostly professional crowd for after-work cocktails and, later in the evening, a bit of '70s-style dancing.
