SEDONA.   Somewhat unassuming in location and decor, this well-favored restaurant is tops for affordable Thai cuisine. Fresh ingredients and zesty spices conspire in such wonderful dishes as pad roum mit (vegetables sauteed with ginger-miso sauce) and the ever-familiar pad thai. A variety of curries promises flavorful dining, and vegetarians are easily accommodated. Lunch specials are also available, along with rice and noodle dishes.
