2. Cathedral Club

SANTA CRUZ. Resembling what else but a cathedral in decor. Judging from the energetic, and sometimes furious dancing, the patrons here do consider this dance club a religion. With exclusivity reminiscent of Studio 54 days, loyalists line up to cajole the bouncer and gain entry to this hot spot. Dancing the night away to techno, funk, disco music, and plenty of Broadway-type floorshows featuring go-go dancers and drag queens. The late night action gets started around 2am.   (© 10Best)
