 EDITOR REVIEW: SANTA CRUZ. Chef Juan Robles aims to please in this family-owned and personable restaurant. Both locals and tourists love to come and enjoy a delicious, authentic Spanish meal. Fish is a specialty, including lubina con naranjas (whitefish with Sevillana oranges) or hake baked with Serrano ham strips.
