10. Salmon Bake

SEWARD.   Thanks to the tongue-in-cheek sign announcing "Cheap Beer and Lousy Food," the Salmon Bake has remained one of Seward's best-kept secrets, but now the word is out. Visitors rave about what the locals have known all along—for fresh salmon, the Salmon Bake is the place. Try your salmon blackened or with extra zing, or be adventurous and chow down on some halibut quesadillas. The Salmon Bake features craft brews from the Alaskan Brewing Company. Most nights will find Moose's Tooth IPA, Glacier Brewhouse Blond, and Glacier Brewhouse Oatmeal Stout on tap. There is also an extensive list of bottled beers and wines by the glass.   (© 10Best)
