6. Shipshewana Antique Festival

SHIPSHEWANA.   This well-attended annual event draws scores of people from around the region to view and purchase antique pieces and traditional Amish handicrafts. More than 200 vendors gather under big tops to sell primitive antiques, refinished furniture, toys and art. In addition to the festival, the event includes an antique auto show, a festive block party, demonstrations from artists and craftsmen, and prize drawings.   (© 10Best)
