7. Lawry's The Prime Rib

ORCHARD ROAD.   The US-based chain opened its Singapore restaurant in 1999, and has since earned a wide following. The dining room is casually elegant, perfect for enjoying the full prime rib dinner. You'll start with the signature "Spinning Bowl Salad" prepared at your table and served with a house made dressing. Then, the servers roll out a cart laden with meat. They'll carve off a hunk according to your specifications, and serve it with Yorkshire pudding and Idaho mashed potatoes. If beef doesn't grab your fancy, try pan-seared salmon, lobster tails or rack of lamb.
