1. Flutes at the Fort

Undeniably romantic, with a colonial-era setting that exudes oodles of old-world charm. There's nothing dated, though, about the modern Australian menu, which features an inspired mix of seasonal ingredients from Down Under and fresh local produce. Portions are generous, and the braised Korubuta pork, which comes with sauteed Portobello mushrooms and a delicate star anise jus, is particularly outstanding. A good wine menu. Bag a table upstairs for views of the lush Fort Canning Park contrasting with the towering modern CBD buildings.   (© 10Best)

Atmosphere nice, food average 'Flutes' is a nice location, but average food, nothing special, not really a 'top 10' choice. Service is friendly, but typically Singaporean 'dippy'.
