9. Royal China at Raffles

FINANCIAL DISTRICT.   As befitting a restaurant at Singapore's most renowned hotel, the elegant Royal China serves top-notch food with lashings of style. The dim sum – only at lunchtime – is superb, with crunchily fresh prawn dumplings, delectable crispy duck rolls and lobster noodles that are heaven on a plate.
