3. Les Amis

The first in the Les Amis stable of restaurants, this flagship outlet has recently been renovated, with no expense spared. From the latest Bang & Olufsen sound system to the antique Parisian chandeliers, the fittings reflect the ultimate in luxury. The restaurant has always received all sorts of accolades, a trend that continued with Wine Spectator's Grand Award in 2006 and Restaurant Magazine's World's Top 100 Restaurants in 2007. The sophisticated, minimalist dining room space is the perfect setting for the avant garde yet classic cuisine that the restaurant is famed for: crispy fried black chicken egg confit with oscietre caviar, Dover sole, and oven-roasted Crouse duck served in two courses. 	"Arjan" more than a month ago
the service was not that great and the food was not spectacular if you look at value for money. Overall an average restaurant, and more a place to "see and be seen".
