2. Infuzi

Infuzi is known as much for its affordable corkage rates as its fine European cuisine. On Monday and Tuesday, in fact, there is no corkage fee at all; the rest of the week it's SGD20. Both a la carte and set menus are available, and might include options such as pan-fried foie gras with caramelized apple, confit of duck leg and baby spinach; carpaccio of hamachi (similar to tuna); seared prawns with shimeji mushroom risotto, confit of tomatoes and pesto; or steamed sea bass with parma ham.
