One word describes Jaan: stunning. The entire ceiling of the 60-seat restaurant is covered with a sculptural Murano crystal and silver chandelier, tables and chairs are bedecked with linen and silk in seasonal colors, and the view – floor-to-ceiling windows look out over Singapore in a most beguiling panorama. It's difficult to live up to a setting this chic, but Jaan manages to do just that, serving modern French cuisine with finesse.   (© 10Best)
