Any restaurant that's managed to thrive for some two decades is doing something right! Such is the case with Ristorante Bologna. The setting is modern and a bit upscale without being pretentious, and there's a waterfall trickling serenely on the terrace, should you decide to dine al fresco. The house specialty is spaghetti alla chitarra (seafood in white wine sauce), and seafood figures prominently throughout the menu, but tortelloni with potato and foie gras sauce, ossobuco, lamb and veal dishes are top-notch as well, so diners have a full array of choices.
