World-renowned chef Diego Chiarini opened Oso in late 2004, and the kudos have been free-flowing ever since. The sleek dining room, with its decidedly Italian décor, incorporates the best features of upscale restaurants – white linens, gleaming tableware, fresh flowers, original art – all the little things that elevate a dining experience from good to stunning. Plan to arrive famished so you can relish each and every course, from the first slivers of parmesan on impossibly delicate beef carpaccio to the robust flavor of rigatoni with braised rabbit, to the multi-layered tastes of pan fried red mullet with tomato-basil-olive sauce or venison in red wine and berry sauce.
