12. Wild Sage Grille

Great location and atmosphere-right on the river. Local food made to order-elk, bison, pheasant and classic beef steaks-wild seafood-desserts are made in house-out of this world carrot cake. My soup was thick and spicy elk chili, and the salad fresh and crisp with goat cheese, pecans and dried cranberries-and drizzled with poppyseed dressing. Buffalo tenderloin was like butter on my plate-yukon gold mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious. All in all a great place with outstanding service-wine and beer list well prepared.
