I visited Granite City for lunch a couple of months ago. I went with a friend and we both ordered off of the lunch menu. The food was very good, though it took quite a while to get to our table. When we received our bill, we had been charged regular prices, not lunch prices as we'd expected from ordering from the lunch menu. We were going to bring the issue up to our server - but after dropping off our bill she didn't return and we had to leave because we were on our lunch hour and were already running late because it took so long for our food to arrive. My friend called Granite City that afternoon and explained to the manager what happened. The manger apologized and said she would be sending us some coupons/certificates to make it right. It has been at least 2 months and we've received nothing. Though the food was good, the service was below average. I will not be back.
